### Phillip Roche Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Phillip Roche ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), located at 15975 NW 57th Ave. By using our drop-off and pick-up dry cleaning services, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms:

### 1. General Service Terms

1.1 Service Description:

We provide drop-off and pick-up services for garments and other items ("Items") to be cleaned by an outsourced dry cleaning facility. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the cleaning process itself. The customer agrees to use our service understanding this arrangement.

1.2 Turnaround Time:

The standard turnaround time for cleaning services is 2-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. We will inform you of any delays that may occur.

### 2. Drop-off and Pick-up

2.1 Drop-off:

All Items must be accompanied by a clear and accurate description of the services requested. We are not responsible for untagged or unidentified items.

2.2 Pick-up:

Items must be picked up within 30 days of notification that they are ready. After 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of or donate any unclaimed Items. We are not liable for any loss resulting from the disposal of unclaimed Items.

### 3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing:

Prices for our services are listed in-store or on our website. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.

3.2 Payment Due:

Payment is due at the time of pickup. We accept [List Accepted Payment Methods]. All Items will remain in our possession until full payment is made.

3.3 Late Payment Fees:

Late payment may result in additional fees. We reserve the right to charge a storage fee for Items not picked up within the specified timeframe.

### 4. Liability

4.1 Garment Care:

We will exercise reasonable care in processing your Items, following the care labels and instructions provided. However, we cannot be held responsible for:

- Items with missing or incorrect care labels.

- Damage to fragile fabrics, embellishments, or untreated stains.

- Shrinking, color fading, or wear and tear resulting from the cleaning process.

4.2 Loss or Damage:

Our maximum liability for any lost or damaged Items is limited to [Insert Amount or Policy] per item or [Insert Amount] per order. In the event of loss or damage, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving your Items.

4.3 Inspection at Pickup:

Customers are responsible for inspecting their Items at the time of pickup. Any complaints or concerns about the service must be raised immediately upon receiving the Items. We are not responsible for claims made after the Items have left our premises.

### 5. Exclusions

5.1 Pre-existing Conditions:

We are not responsible for damage or issues that result from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to loose threads, fading, wear and tear, or previous staining.

5.2 Personal Items Left in Garments:

We are not responsible for any personal items left in garments. Please check all pockets before dropping off Items.

### 6. Claims

6.1 Claim Period:

Claims for lost or damaged Items must be made within 48 hours of pickup. Failure to file a claim within this period will result in the forfeiture of any rights to compensation.

6.2 Resolution:

In the event of a claim, we may offer to re-clean the Item at no extra charge. If the issue cannot be resolved, our liability is limited to compensation as outlined in section 4.2.

### 7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

### 8. Privacy Policy

### 9. Governing Law
